Transfer and Refund Policy
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge up to 7 days prior to the event. Simply email us at clare@jeffreyshaw.com with the new attendee’s full name and email address.
Refund Schedule

Until January 31, 2026:
Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee to cover processing fees.

February 1-April 30, 2026:
50% refund of your registration fee minus $50 administrative fee to cover processing fees.

After May 1, 2026:
No refunds will be issued. You may, however, transfer your registration to another attendee (see above).
